Apple Support took no accountability for making my watch worse than when I contacted them and offered me nothing for making my watch completely useless. After checking out the watch, they wanted $349.00 to replace the watch since they said it was unrepairable and the “battery would not hold a charge” (an issue I had never had with the watch-it would hold a charge more than 24 for me). They agreed to let me send the watch in for free so they could try to repair it. (Even with the non up to date software, my watch was still working and doing everything I needed it to do except update.). I finally called Apple Support, spent 3 hours on line and on the phone with them and they made the situation worse to where my watch was frozen and completely useless. I tried many times and could not get it to update. I had my series 4 Apple Watch with cell service for about 2 years when it would no longer complete a software update.
